[Found!] Triangle washer for manifold slant 6

I am getting ready to change out my intake/exhaust mani on the 66 dart L6. I notice that on of the upper bolts must have broke and the mechanic replaced it with a Allen type bolt? and used a round washer.
Would anyone happen to have a spare triangle washer?

you can see the one on the left side in the pic is using the incorrect washer.

check out coned shaped round washers, are they just out of order?
