Tried Out This Bracket Racing Thing....

Taking a round win by .001? Yep!!

Hot lapping late in the rounds? Yep!!

Hot lapping late in the rounds running TWO classes? YIKES, but Yep!!

Winning a semi final round, beating a Chevy and breaking a rocker?? Well yea. Having the same Chevy guy drive up and help you thrash to get to (and win) the final round?? Oh YEA!!!!

Good people and their families?? You bet!

Loading up late in the day in near empty pits and getting your check?? Yea!!

Having a .002 light in the semis and breaking out by .01? Sadly, yea...

Get to the final and 7th round. Going red by .002 and running it out anyway. Going 10.41 on a .41 dial. Yea, that too.

Not interested in doing it today, but made great friends and had ALOT of fun. Great memories were made.

Cut a light, run the number and have fun!

Or, having a .002 light in footbrake class and NOT getting the bye in the next round.

When I bought the car, the guy supposedly sent the heads off and they told him they now flowed over 320 cfm after they reworked them. Well that was a big joke because Chad was measuring them something like in the 270's. Saw that for myself in his shop. Someone ripped off the previous owner big time (may he R.I.P.).

I was on the fence about going with the 8 inch , your results on and off the track has convinced me. My combo is similar to yours and I don't wanna give up any ET

I have no street video. My Duster is race only, not street legal. You might have me confused with someone else.

Yes all details are in there, scattered somewhere. I'm actually selling this converter and trans when I pull it out this winter.
 
Bracket racing is fun. But only being able to race 4-5 times a year it is very hard to compete with those guys there every weekend. I have come to enjoy index racing more as both cars launch same time. Either way quicker car will usually slow at tracks end.
