My son in-law may bring his Caddy there on Friday...watch out for a white 2013 Caddy station wagon. He wants to play with some HellKitty's. He showed me the dyno pull on it. 707 HP to the rear tires, 666 ftlbs of torque...wow!

Watched him stroll down the strip at 10.96 (I believe)....NICE!

Well we got to the track at 10:00am and looked at EVERYTHING including the show field, swap meet (2 guys selling very little), car corral (a Duster, Dodge Raider and an old truck), and watched one round of passes down the strip. We decided we had seen it all and left by noon. :banghead:


It was worth the trip to see the cars but not NEAR what we thought it would be. We did end up making the most of the weekend though!!! Went to the swap meet in Grand Prairie for 4 hours. Went to eat dinner and then to Devils Bowl Speedway for some dirt track racing! Then today we stopped to watch the Optima Ultimate Street Car Shootout. Got to watch a guy play in his Hellcat Charger........ IT SOUNDED AMAZING AT SPEED!!!!

That's even worse then last year. I didn't want to rain on anyone's parade though so I didn't badmouth the show in hopes it would be better this year. I kinda doubt Dallas will be on the schedule next year.

Made it to the track and had a great 3 days of racing it was a blast.
It was great to meet knuckleduster and his girlfriend.
It was weak showing for Saturday.
