I worked at a Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was 16 back in 1972 for 1.45 cents an hour. One guy ran the kitchen and we prepared the chicken, coated the chicken, cooked the chicken, washed the pots, cleaned the office, freezer, and kitchen. Every night we recycled, filtered, and cleaned the grease and put it back in the stainless tanks. Those girls are fat enough to supply each store for a year with fat.
