Everything including steering column and drive shaft to convert an F body into a 4spd for 300 bucks.

Also a brand new never run clutch pack 742 3.55 sure grip for 300 bucks.

A '71 complete 360 with J heads for $50 bucks. I could still see the cross hatching on the walls.

My Aspen was $50 and it ran with a 318!

A '72 dart front end for free in really nice shape. I am only missing a head light trim bezel. Grill is nice as well.

My big block close ratio large input barring 4 spd for $245. Date coded to '68 and has been in a shop since '80 when the kid who bought the car put it into a tree the next day. The insides look new. It also came with an 18 spline input barring retainer because the dude didn't know what it was.

I think there have been more but I can't remember right now.

also bought a running 69 dart 340 gts with 4 speed for 200.00...

it needed a idler arm..and it was smoking...intake manifold was loose...the owner had put on a torker 340 and never retighten the bolts..

best part..they guy let me make payments on it...LOL...total price was 200 dollars...

wish i still had the car...

4 speed tranny rebuilt and steel flywheel $100. Lakewood bellhousing $75. Holley Strip Dominator intake $55. And the best one was a Dana 60 with 4.10's free!

Bought my first wife her first car; 1971 Plymouth Scamp for 75.00 from the junkyard behind the gas station I worked at. It turned over but wouldn't start; I pulled the D-cap and the rotor was missing, found another mopar in the lot, took the rotor and installed it in the scamp and drove it off the lot - my boss was pissed, he thought it was a "parts car". Found out later that someone had installed a 340 4bbl in it - awesome until she ran it out of oil and seized it ARGH. Wish I still had that car, but I'm glad the wife is gone though!!

Also got a 1971 Super Bee for a case of beer.... I was only 17 and couldn't buy the beer so I had to get someone else to buy it to give to the owner of the Bee. Yeah it was missing the drivetrain, but i took a few pieces I needed for my SE and years later traded it for a car trailer. New owner is going to try to put it back together, should make an awesome Bee (383 magnum, AC, PB, Sure Grip, Buckets, Gunmetal Gray, White interior, AM/FM with cassette, Ralleye dash, full vinyl top).

Pair of NOS A-100 van seats for $140 that came with a FREE manual steering box and a very rare NIB Cal Custom front end lift kit. Just saw a similar set on Ebay last week go for $1,000.

Or how about my old Belvedere post car - $2K for the rust-free rolling body which included everything but the Slant 6 and tranny, a real-deal Hemi S/S radiator, 8 3/4, nice set of 8" cop rims, a NOS '65 B-Body heater control and radio delete plate, a set of big block torsion bars, a big block K frame and a bunch of other miscellaneous stuff. Sold it last February.

Well this is streching it ......but I paid 2000.00 for my 1969 superbee when I bought it in 1983, its been garage kept and "stationary' for almost 30 years,(I do drive it annually when I travel home in July) it has quietly sat while I served my country for 24 years and its a 99% solid, every nut turns everything works 383 4 speed car! in retrospect I got one hell of a deal and will make the full resto in a couple years very painless!

Mine woul dhave to be the Lightly used 340 engine I bought last year for $1000!! I answered and add from local online listing for a 340 .030 over engine with 3 runs and 500 street miles for $1000 that pushed a cuda down track at 11.50's.

In my car this season it went 12.52 right off of the trailer (first run) and has gone 12.11 @ 111.48 Mph.

The first picture shows it as it arrived the day I bought it, the next is it after installed in my car.
