Unclog 72 Dart Swinger fuel tank

How would I go about unclogging my tank? Do I have to drop it? I have blown out the steel lines and the pump will pull fuel out of a separate bottle. This car has sat for 10 years and I am sure pretty the sentiment has clogged the pickup.

Defiantly remove tank to clean.

Took the tank off. Full of rust,do not want to even attempt to clean out. Ordered new tank from Summit.
