Well, I hate to have to do this.....but I don't want anyone else to get taken by this member who takes your money and doesn't ship the parts. I purchased parts from PJC360 back in the middle of July, and paid promptly just like I always do. I even text people I purchase parts from a pic of the USPS money order after it is filled out in their name, and did the same with PJC360. After I started inquiring as to why he hadn't shipped a month later, He told me some BS story about working with the fires near where he lives in MT, and hasn't had time to ship. Funny thing is.....he has time to be on FABO about every day! He told me the parts were sitting at the UPS Store in Missoula, MT waiting for him to call in a credit card number. I just called both UPS Stores in Missoula, MT, and they said there are no packages sitting around waiting for card numbers to be called. The USPS postal inspector told me, that with the documentation that I have, that I will have a good mail fraud case for them to press charges on and prosecute. I just need to do a few things through the local P. O. and then provide them with all my documentation. I paid for parts, paid for shipping....and all this could have been avoided if FABO member PJC360 had just simply shipped the parts. Be warned....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FABO MEMBER PJC360 !
 
So what about it, there PJ? You were just on here Aug. 30?
 
sorry for your issues . i've meet a few of the fbbo members . some are great people , and others , WTF!!!!!!! so thanks for this warning . hope with a little member pressure to will resolve . if not screw him to the wall for all to see .
 
Thats kinda low. If irecall, many years back a couple members on another forum went knocking on a guy's door for this very same reason. Not to collect the part, but to collect a refund. Same thing, had the gentleman been honourable there would be no problem.
 
Well maybe he got called to help clean up Florida from Irma, or maybe he flew to Texas to assist with the flooding or maybe his dog ate his homework. Or maybe he just took advantage of our member and needs to be banned!
 
I just want him to make good on the deal. If he ships me the gears, or refunds my money....I'll gladly come back and post that he did so. It's a damn disgrace that you have to start a shame thread to get someone off their *** to complete a deal! :mob:

Devils advocate...perhaps he uses his phone for logging on here...and may have a tab open on his browser with FABO...I am sure I often show up here when I am not online.
Former USPS employee...be very cautious of what the inspector told you. Not making light of what you claim....I find it hard to believe that the Inspectors are going to open a fraud claim for a couple hundred bucks....The Inspection Service is perpetually understaffed...
 
This could very well be true. However, I believe when you use the "@" symbol it sends a PM to you in your email.
 
it's probably that same guy back with a different name mikes 440 or something like that
