The headers I have came with an O2 sensor bung mounted in the collectors. Believe the fitting is 18mm
Is it possible to adapt this fitting and instead use it to mount a pan evac setup like the moroso to it, instead of using it for the O2 sensor
Here is a picture of the bung(s)

Typically bungs are M18x1.5 so finding an adaptor to whatever size you are going to might be an issue.

Finding a nut with that thread is not problem. Same thread as common Ford 18mm spark plugs. I think I ordered 3 of those nuts from the fastener's store. They are WAY WAY cheaper than buying O2 bungs, or at least, were, then

I got a set of collectors, might have been Dynatec, that had fittings welded in that were a O2 sensor thread. They cam with a fitting that threaded into the bung and adapted to pipe thread for use with the pan evac system. But due to clearance issues, I couldn't use the fittings in that location, so I cap them and welded new fittings in

Do you have a picture of that? I’d be interested to see how the adapter got the pan evac pipe to 45 degrees.

Here is a picture of one of my collectors, I still have to modify to fit. 1 7/8" primaries, fitting that was welded in is the O2 sensor, came with a tube to install the Pan Evac system laying on the left, a plug and the fitting I had to weld on the right

Yea, if you look upthread to the links in my post, you will see the welded in bung for O2 that the headers came with. I was hoping to use a conversion fitting to use that existing bung to mount the pan evac nipple.
In other words, I don’t want to have to make an extra hole for the pan evac fitting because the headers are stainless and not everybody can weld on them

Here is what I think is that conversion fitting

And also it has to extend into the collector, yes?
Yes. My hope was it could be threaded in the correct depth into the collector.
But as was pointed out, that bung is like 90 degrees not 45, so don’t see how that will work.
The nipple is only supposed to extend into the collector 1/2 inch on a 3 “ collector, which is what I have.
