CA native me takes the clan to Utah for a little R&R on a brand new set of Big O tires. The last 60 miles the front end is hoppng a little betweem 70 and 80 cruising speed. I actually hit a 2 inch log on the road at about 20 and i heard a metallic thump but didnt get up to 80 for another 18 miles and that is when i felt it. Shout out to Big-O tires of St. George, UT Off Bluff for hookin me up. I walk over there from my hotel, about 100 yards, and tell them I believe I threw a weight about an hour ago on a brand new set of their tires. He asks me 1 question, " what does it feel like?" And i tell him a little bounce at 75 in the front end. He says no problem and takes my key. Where rs you staying? Acroos the street..ok, shall i come back in an hour or so? Well be done in 30 minutes...I went out to get my tablet out and the young man was already putting a plastic liner on my seat. I return an hour later and another guy asks my name.." oh, he is the single key on the nail..." says the original guy. The man hands me the key' i asked what was the verdict, he said both fronts were out of balance, and they are good now. That was it! No name, no work order signed, just handed me the key, done. Man, CA has some customer service lessons to be learned! I like!

You're right about that...and beautiful scenery too!
I'm a native Southern Californian but both my parents were born in Utah so always had a lot of family there to visit when growing up. Whenever I go to Utah now it feels like "home".
Both my wife and I really like southern Utah.
