Hello this is my first post here simple question I have a 1969 cuda and I want to put a v-gate shifter I have in it does anyone have a shifter mounting plate they can post a pic and some dimensions so I can fab one up? any help would be great thanks

A long time ago,I put one of those on my 833. I spent a ton of time trying to get it to work on the street.Complete waste of time. Its on the shelf.
Hope you're going racing with it, cause its pretty good on the upshift.
My bracket was part of the body, IIRC.

its a mr.gasket and yes it is mostly race its got a hemi a833 modified by liberty with all face plated gears 4.88 dana out back and a blown 340 to make it all go

Some like 'em and some don't. I'm on the like side.

You'll love the way it shifts like butter at 7000. Same setup here behind my RB stroker in a 67 'Cuda. It'll take some practice to street drive it smoothly if you want, but it can be done. Mines going on Drag Week in Sept. ~1000 mile cruise between 4 tracks.

The long shifter I found a lot better, maybe only because every rod and bracket I had to make for the Mr Gasket V gate on the 833 ...... the long shifter came ready with my Jerico right from new. It sure is fun .
