Non-rosette rivets; is this a re-body or did someone restamp the VIN? Or did Hurst not use rosettes when they did the conversions?

to me, it looks like the Chrysler logo was taped off to prevent it from getting painted when the dash was resprayed?

Imo- The entire tag wasn't supposed to be sprayed otherwise the Chrysler logo and name wouldn't be white.
