I guess he never heard of Oldsmobile Or Cadillac. Left out a lot of Ford engines, too. And I guess nobody ever made any 4 or 6cyls. lol

Actually Ford holds the V8 gas record I believe with the 534 Super Duty Gas engine. I'm not sure there's a V8 bigger. Then there's things like the GMC 702 V12 gas engine. lol
 
Yes however the Ford 534 SD was only used in commercial trucks, and the GM 702 isn’t a V8.
May be my mistake, but I thought this thread was about production automobile V8’s...
