Valve Cover Baffles

I made one last week,, takes less than 15 mins, and a small piece of sheet metal..
Make a cardboard template, including the screw holes,,

sorry, don't have a pic.. but saw one in a for sale post a few mins ago..

I was thinking of doing the same thing actually. I just dont have the time to fab something up right now.
 
Use card stock. Cardboard is a little awkward. Cereal boxes work.

Those M/Ts have been out of production for some time. I don't think anyone would keep anything like that in stock.

I would have thought by now that someone would have come up with an oil pan baffle kit by now. Those are a little tricky to come up with from scratch without a template.

You'd be best off using Aluminum. It's easier to work with than steel. Doesn't have to be heavy. Even galvanized HVAC works. Cuts like butter with snips.
 
I would use whatever material is handy and worry more about the hardware staying in place.
