I've ordered from them, got what I was supposed to get. But I had my stuff delivered to a friend in Michigan and brought them back into Ontario myself. Are you concerned about direct delivery into Canada?

I've had very good results ordering from Vansauto. Mainly minor items, nothing big dollar.
Only issue I've had was a front valance attachment bolt kit that came in 5/16"-18 and correct one was 1/4"-20.
They were more than happy to accept a return but not worth the expense to do so. I used most elsewhere.

Don’t buy from them on eBay, total opposite experience than buying directly.
I bought a part, got sent the wrong part. Contacted Vans through eBay, they told me the part I ordered was out of stock so they purposely sent me the wrong part(his words). I asked for a return/refund and Vans stopped responding. I had to enact the eBay buyers protection to get my money back.
Previous to this I’d only had positive experiences with them but it has kept me from returning as a customer.

I've never bought from them through EBay, only via their own website (or in person). Always great.
Although I have heard horror stories from some vendors regarding customer relations through EBay- to the point where they won't sell there anymore. But that's a whole 'nother topic.

The fact that they knowingly sent me the wrong part instead of refunding me when the item wasn’t available, then completely disengaged when I asked for a refund speaks volumes to who they are as a company regardless of the eBay platform.
Ebay purchases is all I've ever done with them and I've never had one single issue. Ever.
