[WANTED] vent window pivot clips

I need the clips (and screws I guess if they are in good shape) that go over the bottom part of the vent window shaft while it is in the vent window frame. This clip when tightened snugs the vent window so it does not "flop" around. I do not need the spring nuts clips that are under the clips (I have those). I don't have a picture so I hope my description is clear enough. I need these ASAP.
