My FSM shows 145 ft lbs torque for the lower control arm pins is this
correct? Seems kind of high. Also, I cannot find a torque for the upper
control arm cam bolt nuts anywhere, is there a recommended spec or
should I just go with standard for a 1/2" bolt?

My manual shows 145 ft. lbs for 1970-1976. It does not show a torque spec for the cam bolt nuts. Just make sure they are good and snug and you should be fine.

Ditto on the 145 and for the cam bolts, my 71 Plymouth shop manual shows 65
