Update. Got the car running Saturday Feb 22. Had to put a new carb on it as the thieves changed the carb also to a seized piece of junk. Actually runs pretty good. I’ll see if I can somebody will post the vid for me.

Stock bore 1968 383 magnum. 10-1 compression. Ported and polished 906 heads with bigger valves. Comp 292/501 cam. Torker intake.
Here's kimmer's running engine. From what I can hear, it sounds purdy good.

I just mentioned about this subject why a car was worth 0. Poor buyer is out his $$. I used to do police towing and once wound up getting a free Harley but somehow it was missing a LOT of parts while in police custody.

It looks better in the pics than it really is. It’s showing its battle scars. I had it painted in 87 or 88. Put on a new vinyl roof before paint. Yes I’m really happy the way the paint stood the test of time.
Update. I put rims and tires on it on 06/04/25.

The police contacted the last guy that took all the parts off the car. They admitted taking the stuff off but it was of no value to them so they threw the parts away. So no the police say the can’t charge them as there is no evidence. So I said to the police that if the good stuff was of no use to them why did they remove it and put on garbage parts and where did they get said garbage. Kim
The car thief was arrested at the airport and taken to jail. He is charged with tampering with the vin. Knowingly selling stolen property and proffitting from the sale of stolen property.

Well guys it’s a sad sad world. All the charges were dropped against the car thief. Apparently the cop investigating didn’t think there was enough evidence to charge him. Can u imagine that? Many believe he is a good friend of the cop so he swept it under the table. We have the RCMP investigative team from the big city checking into their wrong doing. Hopefully we get some satisfaction.
