Does anyone know where I can get the connector plug that plugs into the voltage regulator for a 70-up style regulator? I am converting my car to the newer style charging setup and would like to get this plug to splice my wires in and make it look stock looking. Thanks.

parts yard is best source. You'll need approx 7 feet of blue wire too.
Then there is http://uscartool.com/
for a conversion kit.

i usually get it from a yard too but that kit looks to be the way to go... looke like you can even get just the harness for $35.

whats the rest of your harness look like? if its brittle and all your best bet may be to call evans and get the engine harness. they offer both the stock style and the dual fld regulator style. can't be too safe when it comes to wiring. http://evanswiring.tripod.com/

Good point. I have been through the wiring, it looks good. I did have to replace the wiring going through the firewall due to burnt up bulkhead connectors. While doing that, I bypassed the Amp gauge too. The rest of the harness looks good though. Thanks.

Napa sells that plug for the regulator. That's where I got mine about a year ago when I converted mine over to the newer style. Only comes with about 6" of wire though so you'll have to extend it. If I remember right it cost less than $10.
