i need the service manual for the 1968 Chevrolet Impala Station Wagon I bought.

Am interested in Chiltons and Haynes as well.
Books on the 396 and Turbo 400 transmission as well.

This should include factory info on what you're looking for but I would send a message to the seller (before purchase) to find out if these book include the items that you need info on?? IMO, Chiltons and Haynes won't have the detail that the factory manual will have. I have restored old Chevys before and you just can't beat the factory service manual for details that can't be found anyhere else. You get an owners manual to boot!! GOOD LUCK in your search!!

There are more even cheaper ones but be sure to inquire about what exactly you're buying. Some are actually reprints....I prefer the factory original manuals with mechanics prints on the pages. Post pics....I love those old wagons!!!!!
