I'm wondering about the type of water pump that I need to buy. My car right now has AC, so it has the AC water pump and pulley system with the 318. I have my 360 all built besides the water pump and a few other things, I'll be using the pully system from the 360 and not using AC. Is there any benefit to using an AC water pump over a non AC? Or should I just go with the non-AC pump?

Your pulley's are setup for a/c so use the a/c water pump and don't let the free v groove keep you up at night.
I was looking through pictures when I got my 360 and it turns out it had AC as well. So like you said I'll buy an AC water pump and use the entire AC pully system that is currently on my 318 as it is all in really nice shape, and I know everything will fit. Having an extra belt slot isn't really important.
