Weight of Big Block Head

Would anyone know the weight of a bare or assembled big block head is?

I think 55 assembled or 45 its one of the two, I know an iron 4 barrel intake almost weighs the same. I was knew I was shocked, but its been awhile. I weighed them once to see how much weight I cut off my 440, by using aluminum heads, intake, and water pump and housing.

My 440 MRL built, still with 4 wheel dolly attached. Aluminum heads, intake, and water pump housing. Scale came from eBay. 532#. So not sure how accurate.
