Weird push button box thing

I have this weird box on the driver's side fender of my 74 dart, it has a little button I can push in and I can hear it click something inside of it but it doesn't seem to do anything? It shares the harness with the ignition box and ballast resistor it looks like. Anybody know what it is?

Seat belt interlock.
Bypass it if it isn't already.

Find the yellow and yellow stripe wires going to that and permanently jumper them. It trips and breaks the "start" wire circuit.

Federally mandated, 74 only, the pubic hated them

Think it's bypassed already, have never had to buckle the seat belt to start it. Thanks
