Any old blues number redone by Zeppelin, and of course "Red Rooster" on the Stones live "Get Yer Ya Ya's Out" album!!

Actually,I like any live performance over the studio versions, like The Doors "Who Do You Love" from the absolutely Live album, and how Zeppelin weaves through a verse of a blues standard in the middle of a completely different song!!
