What are your Top 5 music bands/artists of all time?

-
My top 5 in order of greatness:

1. Led Zeppelin
2. Led Zeppelin
3. Led Zeppelin
4. Lynyrd Skynyrd
5. Rush

CCR
ZZ Top
Aerosmith
Rolling Stones
Doors
Tom Petty
oh geez where is my jukebox?

OK, just because I don't see them.
And I'm not stopping at five, because if you've missed some of these, you've missed it.

Johnny Winter
The Move (Roy Wood)
Procol Harum (Robin Trower)
The Kinks
Jethro Tull
Jo Jo Gunne (Spirit)
Captain Beyond
UFO
BTO
The Guess Who
(Randy Bachma/Burton Cummings, EH.)
Fog Hat (The good stuff that wasn't on the radio. RIP, Lonesome Dave)
Status Quo ("THE Quo", in England)
The Byrds
Genesis (When Collins AND Gabriel were BOTH in it).
Hot Tuna
and
HUMBLE PIE (Rest in peace too, Steve)

I'm so embarrased. I left off Mott The Hoople (Ian Hunter/Ralphs, Cleveland Rock, et al.)
The James Gang (Joe Walsh)

And Yes, like the first post said, THE WHO.
"Who's Next, the album too good for classic rock radio to kill"

I really like the Move with Jeff Lynne and Roy Wood. Early signs of ELO in thier music.

as it goes while visiting the u.s as a lad robert plant bought a collection of 20's and 30's blues records. none of it was copywrited, most of their hits are straight stolen! why do you think english rockers are singing about the south. also listen to any music they actually wrote, (crap)
as a musician i have nothing against paying homage to the greats, but give credit where its due. i have seen an interview where he talks about the record collection and how it changed the way he played guitar. but gives no credit to any artists. (hack)
