Plant Manager. We manufacture steel storage shelving. around 200 employees, 150 of which are crybabies. We start with steel coils, shear, rollform, breakpress, punchpress then spotweld, mig, tig, or even stickweld on some parts, then electrocoat or powdercoat, then box and ship to our distributers. It's not the most interesting product out there, but the process and the people are never boring.
