nothing about beer/alcohol or cigar smoking cravings so that must be normal:lol:

My problem is that lately i crave everything... all the time... can be stuffed and still want more... really hard to stop

I have heard it's your body telling you it needs certain minerals and nutrients when you crave a particular food.

Pizza must have the right minerals and nutrients...

Good health goes alot deeper than cravings. But first we all need to come to the realization that 99.5% of all the food in the supermarket is what's making Americans sick in the first place.

It means your testosterone levels are low. This is the cure. She could get them back on track. The best way is for her to not give in, just make you think you're gonna get some.
Actually I thought more lust then a craving.
Still worth satisfying it.

Well I could go on for two hours about the food in the supermarket. But if people want to be healthy, not-obese, sleep good, not be hooked on lifelong pharmaceuticals, and have energy, then DON'T shop at the supermarket.

For example, the USDA and FDA (seals that the public is trained to trust), has digressed to approving "foods" that should not be sold on shelves... But the uneducated public sees these seals and think they're buying healthy food... Look at Boars Head deli "food": they take some kind of food product, liquify it, pour it into the shape of a full turkey, paint the outside brown, and the FDA stamps this garbage..... Come on people... You owe it to yourselves to educate yourselves on this garbage....

That's a gross generalization painted with a rather broad brush. I know plenty of people without any of those issues. The supermarket doesn't hold people down and shove it's junkfood down peoples' throats.

I don't. Everyone I know is sickly and has one health issue or another. Society is to the point where the lone skinny healthy person catches your eye as you walk through crowds.

Does anyone want to eat tomato's like this, or strawberries that are as big as your fist? Have at it, not me...

Many processed foods have addictive substances added or contained within them. Also sugar is highly addictive right there along with crack and ****** so you can get those two clean out or taken care of you're in pretty good shape. Look at the label if it's hard to pronounce or you don't know what it is you probably shouldn't be eating it.

Maybe it's a regional thing? Or maybe the people you know just make poor decisions?
