what fuel pump for carbed 6.1?

what is required? Pressure? Flow? Is a line back to the tank always required? Not for ie a Holley red pump, right? But I'm looking for a pump from a donor european car or a pierburg pump or similar.
A hint on wiring would be helpful too ;-).....

Carb would be a 750 Holley

I would assume that since your going carbed that any pump that will run around 7psi would be fine. As long as it will support the 425hp the 6.1 makes. (assuming the motor is stock internally) you could then use any regulator that you would for a similar set up on any carbed motor.

how many Gallons should be provided from the pump? From Holley are different colors with different GPH's available.... what do you think?
