What Heads to Use on my 408 stroker

Your right, not cheap. From what I understand Alan, is that Indy purchase's the head without the pushrod hole machined and do it themselfs. Not different castings. Reguardless, the abilty to have a huge port is there.
 
Thank you, Rob, for that information. I have an early set of the "normal" Ed's, that will work just fine on my 340, it made sense instead of using 30 year old iron stuff...now, if I ever build the twin turbo smallblock I intend to,
I'll have to get something better!
I like the idea of a car that could run 10.90 anywhere....lots of turbo cars in Arizona, where I got the idea on the first place!

Eddy heads is the direction I will be going .I appreciate all the input.

Looks like KB745 forged step dish pistons in that block from what little I can see. Eddie heads will work well with them.
