My 1st thought was you must be in Connecticut the I saw your actually in Mass good chance it was a CT car in that case. See this sorta stuff all over the place given there are no safety checks done on cars people drive anything. I was following a gut the other day coming off the 84 nice tight bend he drove straight in to the barrier all the way round the corner didn't even bother to stop and check car she'll be right.
