how big is it ,almost looks like bracket to keep hoses in place

It was in my dart parts bin so I’m sure it’s off the 68 dart but it could’ve been a 70s Coronet as well

It looks a bit like this on bucket seats, but I don't think it 3 inches

The adjuster for the left right cable tension is a flat stick with a 180 bend on one end and a hole in the other

Maybe a hand brake cable guide for the Dart, where they split into L & R sides?

The seats are out at the upholsterer. I’ll check it when I get them back.
