What is this tool thread? Take a guess. Stump the Toolman!

I wonder if my doctor can hook that up to my wrist? My thumb doesn’t work very well anymore
I had to have both of my thumbs rebuilt.

I was over at friends house last night and he pulls this tool out. He has no idea what it is, but would like to know. It has four sizes of cones that will slide over the end of the adjustable side, and if you notice it has a hole in the right side so you can either drill or ream something that fit in this jig. We would really like to find out what it is.

Thanks,
Tom

Now poking around on the internet I found this excerpt from an obituary for a lady that worked for this company.

"They next moved to New Canaan in 1959, where Elva became the office manager for United Tool Processes, a manufacturer for race car performance mod."

So it's now probable that is automotive related.

Looks like a setup to drill & ream for replacement guides.

My nephew gave me this tip, but it doesn't fit my small victor mixing handle. Any ideas on what it fit & used for? I have my idea, but I want others input without me influencing.
