1970 Plymouth Duster.. This wire is hanging down near the kick pane on driver’s sidel. I have no idea what it is. Any ideas?

Thank you. Another mystery solved.
Go to mymopar.com and download your cars factory service manual and the aftermarket wiring diagrams.
Once you have those you can determine every wire from it's location and color

Don’t let the smoke out of it!!!
The bottled British Leyland smoke is the more common stuff. Cheaper than the Mopar ****.
Cant use that on a mopar, its positive ground.
