What kind and size of tires do you recommend...

Starting to think about what tires to put under the dart when it done and wanted to get some opinions.

I will be running 14" cragars on it with 14x6's up front and 14x7's on the back. I am wondering what sizes are recommended. I have had others tell me to run 195/70's up front with wider ones on back but not sure. What tire size combos fit and look well on a '69 dart? Thanks. Len

The junk tires on it now are 235/60's on back and 225/70's on front. Front tires look way too fat for car in my opinion.

I have 195-75-14s and 215-70-14s on my car right now.

i would try to go with a 15" on tht rear.. there are more size choises with a 15" rim.

if your set on a 14" rim then i cay a 245/60-14 on the rear... gotta watch the backspace though.. cragar seems to have all gm backspace rims.

This is my sons Dart. We have 14's up front and 15's in the rear. The rear are 15 x 6.5 wheels with a 245/60-15 tire. Ron
