what kind of paint?

what kind of paint is used on the dash of a 67 dart and can it be purchased somewhere.I would use plain old satin but I don't think it would give me the same light texture as original.

just use base coat no clear. I cleared mine and it looks nice buy while driving the shine off the dash looks like smoke coming off the hood

Thanks, just figured I'd paint it while the windshields out and waiting on a gasket.

I used basecoat and flat clear. Basecoat has no uv protection and if cleaned with the wrong product it will wipe off.

yea the flat clear would work well to. I wish i would have.
