I have a 76 Duster and it came out with a /6 in it. I built up a 440 and stuffed in it. I am in the process of a complete restoration. Body work and paint done. front end rebuilt and its time for torsion bar replacement. I think it had the .890 in it. It read around .870 on the dial. I was thinking about putting the 1" bar from JS back in it. Are these bars marked left and right when you get them. Never done this before.Do you guys think that is the right choice. Thanks,Bill

I have a small block with iron heads and run torsion bars that are 0.920 or so. The ride on the street is fine. With the extra weight of the big block 1 inch bars would be the right choice unless you are looking for a lot of weight transfer during launching.

yes the 1" just suspension are a nice bar. no they are not market left or right. you can put them in either side the first time . if for any reason they come out you have to put them back where they were
