Big bowl of mini wheats. imho I think you guys are getting too much saturated fats and sodium from those fried meats and bacon. I'm 62 and just had a check up and blood tests. Everything normal. BP normal. Please watch out guys, you may pay later on in life.
 
I was going to take a picture on my breakfest this morning but my wife thought that I
was and crazy,so I didn't she wanted to know what kind of people I was hanging out on the interenet with. I told her a bunch of chevy want to be mopar guys, she said go figures.
LOL.
