Get the factory hood hinges back in on a 67 barracuda? Does the fenders have to come off or can it be done on?

Any advice is welcomed.
 
As I remember my assembly the front fenders have to be off the car. It took me a long time to figure it our but I do not think there will be
a way to R & R them with the fenders on the car. Good luck to you!
 
Never tried it but you might try snaking them in from the bottom with the splash panel removed. Retainers might be a PIA from that angle.

If I remember correctly the lower pivot point is kind of hidden on the side of the plendom chamber. I think that removing the splash guard from the inner wheel well you might gain access. Good luck.
 
OK... well the hinges were off when I got the car... Just trying to put them back on.. I guess I will pull the fenders... i do not do well with issues..lol

you would sure enough have to pull the rear fender liner splash gaurds. It will be a ***** tho, tires removed first.
