What’s your preferred routing when using 90*s on the distributor end of your plug wires?

Or B

Is this a trick question? lol

Numbers 5 and 7 are consecutive firing as are 4 and 3, but only the 5/7 makes trouble when it induction fires. So I always keep 5 and 7 apart by an inch or so, and try not to run them alongside eachother. Otherwise whatever floats your boat I guess.

What I was questioning is for 3 and 2 do you go around the distributor or right across?

Whatever lays well. As AJ told you the danger is 5 &7. This is because since they are both sides of the engine, and right next to each other and fire one after another, there is a danger of parallel wires inducing enough power into the other to "crossfire" the adjoining cylinder

I like B. That’s what I did. And I used the summit brand HEI style cap for a stock distributor.

Separation is good, but when you have to just cross it so that they are not parallel to each other.
