Where to find those round large washers for door/window handles

Anyone have a cheap source for those large black , thin, washers that go in between the cranks and the door panel? I need about 6.

I found a scrap of black plastic sitting around. It was about the right thickness, so I just made them. Easy, quick, and cheap.
