Where to get these seat thingies?

Anybody know where to get the "knob" for the seats? This is a 74 Duster. These things are sharp! Supposed to look like the second pic.

Im looking for a buddy in the books I have. When I find it I will post who is selling these. He has the same seat and wanted hinge covers and I found them new as well.
