Sorry, factory column shift.
I'm pretty sure Dorman has them. Check out Rockauto.com, they may carry them.

Brewer’s Automotive. They’re great for one thing = anything and everything for Mopar manual shift cars. I’ve bought exact machined rods, clips and all sorts of odds ends shifter bushings. Can’t recommend enough.

Sorry, I didn't say, it's an automatic.
The grommet and bushing found at the end of the steering column shift lever is finally being reproduced. Chrysler part #1553304.
Cross shaft bushings are also available, Chrysler part #2781420. Both show up on eBay. By the way, the listing for the 1553304 is not completely correct. It fits 1966 thru 1973 abodies with column shift and automatic trans.
