Which cam to use?

A note here.. The HL series is a very fast rate lift cam. You will need dual springs, and you will need to break in the cam on the outers only, then install the inners after and you better check for lifter rotation and have good lifter bores. I think it's too much for what you want to spend and do with the car, personally. Same is true for the Lunati and the MP solids. You need simple, reliable, and steetable. Add a cheap convertor and gear and it will go in the 12s easy with either of the cams you first listed. I would stay smaller, and MP cams are the last choice IMO.
 
With this setup what is the biggest cam I can run and still be somewhat streetable?

=MP.528 lift soild after lash .500/.496- 282* adv duration 241*@.050 112cl 60* olap, I run it and I really like it, decent low end, just enough idle w/10 inches vacuum and can pull 7000rpm. It takes singles so no head work OR doubles with head work if you want.


or any other brand cam similar.jmo
