i have a 65 Dart Convert with a 340 auto 323 8.25 rear and was wondering is a 625 road demon would be a good carb. The car is a crusier not raced just need something that runs good I have a 750 Dp Holley right now

I am running a 750 Dp Holley with the choke horn milled off & she likes every bit of it. But it's also a 4 spd with 3:91's

Get a spread bore, better fuel economy.
Thermoquad, Carter afb, edelbrock 650, quadrajet come to mind.
Personally My Holley was a PITA and a gas hog.
Look on craigslist, I'm sure you can score one for cheapz.

To actually answer your question....
IMO, I'd say yes. While it is a little down on CFM, it'll be very responsive and have a good W.O.T. feel. It should be a good bit more Efficent on fuel as well.
