Where can I get one of these? seems no one sell em anymore...Yeah, that ain't it. If it's not that whacky lookin five blade offset jobby, that's not the one. There is some good info about it in the Mopar engine book. how they found and proved it moved more air than any of the rest and drew less horse power, too. They are well worth the money. Jegs is showing them in stock......but you know how that goes. They actually came stock on lots of things in the late 70s through the 80s. Diplomats, Fifth Avenues, trucks and whatnot. Something about that staggered fan blade design that moves more air and varies the air flow as well as knocking off some of the noise. A lot of engineering went into that package and people just slap ignore it comin and goin. I tried to help @Mtrhead sell his in the for sale section. Posted a link to it more than once. Got ignored. So you know what? I bought that rascal myself. People always wanna cheap out or use a stupid BS electric fan that's mega cheap on sale and barely moves 1500 CFM, when it takes about 4000 CFM to cool the average hot rod motor. You just caint tell some people a deadgum thing. They flat out will not listen.

They are indeed difficult to find. I tried to get several people to jump on one in the for sale section around a month ago and they ignored me. I couldn't stand it. I finally got it for myself, even though I won't need it for awhile. You just have to keep your eyes peeled. I don't think they are offered anymore.
Would you happen to have a Magnum fan hanging around to try and flip it to see if the reverse blades would work out?
I know I’m not dead wrong since I personally did the swap of fans and seen the changes.
That makes you dead wrong.

Is this the fan your talkin about? This moves more air than any of the rest.

Thanks...gonna hit the buy buttonYup.
And this relates to Rainy’s 360 how?If u got enough h.p. , and always traction is the main thing , u aint gonna notice some little crap like a fan change .
That maybe possible depending on how the topic changed course, and the parameters of the build and car and usage. You contradicted ur self in a following post ---------
I hope not but kudos if you can. Was,it on a 700 h.p. engine ? Cant tell seat of the pants on one !
not so fast...E Booger wrote an extensive article some years ago that will answer all your cooling questions. He made a point to say this Mopar Performace piece was usually "adequate". It is designed to
scrounge horse power for racing applications ....not idling in heat.Yes i bought one and it did not work
well for my warm 340, but still it may work for you.I have tried stock Mopar clutch fans too and they also struggled idling in heat. Stock seven blade mechanical is best.
Sorry Rusty.

Vs your 505?

So tell me again, how does a 700hp engine apply against Rani’s 360?
How many blades is your fan?
Was not refering to Ranis 360 , was commenting on the post of making more h.p. and being able to feel it -----------------
Her 360 probly aint gonna be that hard to cool either .
Apologies to Rani for "us " getting sideways on this .
