For my 65 Dart Kelsey Hayes manual front discs rear 10" drums I run a 15/16 bore size master cylinder.

1986 d100 ram manual brake master . Go to a parts store see what years are the same. I went to a U-pull it and grabbed mine for my car . I could put someone through the windshield at over 100 mph. I polished it , Cut the rod , Installed it ,I took the studs out that held it in the truck and used them in the adapter I made. I put a sleeve over the rod and held the peddle where it needed to be and tacked it then welded it.

This was many years ago before they sold the adapters for 2 bolt. I also had 73 front disc and rear drum. The brakes worked perfect on that car. Stopped on a dime at any speed. You could call and see what size piston they came with in that truck. I myself never took it apart.
