What a weird time of year for snow in Western WA! Here is the scene yesterday afternoon in my back yard - and to think, I was out cruising on Saturday!
Yup, on the Island as well! But what's up with that? Must mean a hot summer coming. Good pic however!
I hate to say this but that looks beautiful. Being in CA, we just don't really get to experience the seasons. Yes, I know, the grass is always greener ...
7" in Cody yesterday, but last year had 28 in mid April, hell 23" on June 15th 2 years ago, and snowed on the 4th parade 8 years ago. But yes that is kinda late in most cases for low elevations. Does look nice Just poor the hot chocolate and baileys and you are set..
Had a fresh inch+ at 5 AM and comming down hard. If somone sees Al Gore hand him a freaking shovel and send him up to my to my place. -LY
It snowed (flurries) all day. This winter is the 4th snowiest on record. Everyone here is tired of winter!! I live in NE Iowa. toolmanmike
Im right on top of the hill on Newcastle Way and we got a bunch of hail and snow but it's all gone now.

I need to correct myself. I meant here in the SF Bay Area (of CA) we don't get to experience the seasons.
Finally, a beautiful day - still chilly but after having ice on everything this morning things got downright balmy. Here's a picture or two I took just now of the back yard as the sun is coming down! Same place as the picture that I started this thread with. Spring is here (I hope).
We got 9 in. of snow up here in northern Wisconsin. That all came in yesterday afternoon and over night. This is rediclous. I'll never get the Duster out this year!
Whats the snowmobile season been like up there? My parents have a cabin just south of Stevens Point. Hopefully next year i'll be able to take some time off to come back out to the great northwest for some ridin and ice fishing!
They did real good for snowmobiling this year is central Wisconsin. I think they got more snow then we did up north. Can't say the same for next year. Who knows.
I'm hoping to get out there for Bosaki Bay drag races up in Arba Vita area or down to Lake Geneva for the Snocross finals and hangout with my dad at the company's booth that he works for.
I'm VERY happy to report I don't think New York got 4" the ENTIRE winter! THANK YOU Thank You Thank You
Novelty Hill got about an inch or so last night...melted around noon. Still got some flakes and minor hail today.
