Who owns the black A body Barracuda in Coeur d Alene

Just saw a 67/ later Barracuda, it was dusk / getting dark and the car was black, was unable to see much detail as it flashed by (35mph divided street). May or may not have had bumpers they may or may not be painted. May or may not have headlights installed.
