is this normal to have two?? the one thats closed does have a line that goes to the gas tank i believe.

do i need it still if i live in az?

in the State of California. NA for other states. $ 37.85
If it came on the car, Az will probably require it.
Does not really hinder performance. it just sucks up the gas fumes from the tank and burns them.

It's a vent line too... So dont just plug the hose...
Likely 4 hoses going to it. There is a small shield behind the wheelwell that protects the hoses traveling from tank to tube.
