Wild finish for game(s) 162 MLB Playoffs

My buddy and I were hoping Woo would knee cap him again.
I'm hoping Kershaw, the only Dodger from 2017 still on the club, is on LA's roster and puts one in his ear.
Other than Springer, even though I've been a Dodger guy since 1963, I'd be fine with the Blue Jays winning.

Kershaw should be on the roster, he deserves that. Just don't put him on the mound again.
For a first ballot hof'er, he is abysmal in playoff baseball.
I think normally he's just worn out at the end of the regular season. Nothing left in the tank for playoffs. He surprised me with how well he pitched this year once he came off the DL. But having missed the first four months of the season, he's not exhausted.

If only the Mariners had a closer like Mariano Rivera, today would be a different day.
Congrats to the Blue Birds, keep those bats hot and take it to them Dodgers.

He pretty much single-handedly kept them afloat for about a month or two after the all-star break. Let's not forget how close they came to screwing the pooch completely in that second half.

That's not very sportsman like. lol
He's one tuff hombre, if an NFL player got hit with a 90 mph ball in the cap, they would be on IR for 3 months lol, me I'd be crippled.

If you say so, I don't know anything about him, other than him playing for the Jay's.
Oh, he's just a known (and admitted) cheater along with the other bitches on the 2017 Trashstros team. Worthy of an earhole shot for sure. And I don't usually hold grudges.

I'd advocate for the Dodgers to sign Joe Kelly for that purpose.

Yep, since Yu Darvish is unavailable being under contract will the Padres, Kelly would be perfect.

Way before my time, but he sure looks like someone who would get his payback.
He protected his teammates. He had a nasty temperament on the mound.
Any pitcher who threw at a Dodger could count on both being hit himself and his team's star players getting close shaves. Drysdale would do this even though he'd come to bat three-plus times a game.

Better yet, dig up Drysdale.

I was just a really young kid when the Dodgers moved to LA and I've been a fan ever since. I learned about baseball from listening to Vin Scully on the radio when I was supposed to be asleep.
Drysdale was my favorite pitcher because of his temperament and a bit of a mean streak. He loved to pitch inside and wasn't concerned if a batter got hit. He said he owned half of the plate and the batter got half - he just would never let the batter know which half was his.
At 6'5", not too many players wanted to rush the mound.
S'cuder is right.

This was pretty cool. Both Raptors and Leafs have bumped their start times up to allow fans to stay at Scotiabank and watch Jays on scoreboard after their games.
