Will a RV2 style compressor work with a Six Pack setup on a 340? Or will i need a Sanden.

Still gathering parts for the build so I cant mock it up. pictures would be great. I have the DC carbs with the flatter bowl and the Demon aluminum GSS air cleaner which is smaller that the steel factory one. Thanks

I don’t think it’ll fit. It’s crowded on that intake.

I think the air cleaner is where the issue is. I guess it depends on how much smaller the air cleaner is.

You probably won't have the room for both. But it's been tried.

I saw a 440 six pack with what looked like a stock a/c setup. Air cleaner was notched to fit. It looked like somebody added the six pack to an a/c car. It was a big block though, so probably more room.

6 pack cars never came from the factory with A/C. So anything you do will be customized.

Appreciate the info. I think I decided to go with a Sanden when the time comes. Probably a better chance with that.
